DNA Welho is telecommunications group who needed me to illustrate some devices with Da Vinci style. I tried to simulate Da Vinci’s unique illustrations and shift modern day objects like it was 14th century renaissance.

The commission was to design two t-shirt prints for Jukka Poika, a Finnish reggae artist. The first illustration is a reggae influenced print with a somewhat traditional colour scheme. The second print is more commercial and easier to approach.

The case was to design a double vinyl covers for Finnish rap artist Ruudolf’s latest album Asfalttisoturin viimeinen hidas. The artist wanted a photography based cover, so I went for lomoish, almost vintage look with bold typography.

Design blog Abduzeedo arranged a design competition where some known artist starts the work and someone else completes it. In round 5 the featured artist was Nik Ainley, a very talented digital illustrator from the UK. World Collabs 5 World Collabs Submissions Nik Ainley

Exhibition architecture and visualization for Lahti Institute of Design in Artek store. The architecture was made from free shapes that support the furnitures. DJ Polarsoul, a Finnish producer, dj and remix master asked me to illustrate covers for his newest mixtape, Winter Symphony mix 8. Snow, ice, glaciers and icebergs were the inspirational starting point. The result was clean, typo-focused illustration with minimal typography.

OG Ikonen, a Finnish rap artist asked me to create album covers for his debut album, Mieron Tiellä. Visually I aimed for a Sin City meets Grand Theft Auto -sort of concept since it would fit perfectly for the mood and the lyrics of the album.
